Boiler Operator, $22.48/hour, Dupont schedule. Equipment: To be in direct charge of 1-500,000pph 300# pulverized coal boiler and all aux. equipment from a centralized control room. Feed water and fan turbines greater then 30hp, impact coal mills. 3-100,000 pph 300# gas/#2 fuel oil units and 1-50kpph 1200# gas/#2 fuel oil unit located in a separate building control room. Provide emergency communications and monitoring of the plant wide fire system and coordinate the initial first response team announcements. Monitoring of the condensate return system and Dematerialized water plant via DCS controls. Monitoring of hazardous weather and radio communications as needed.
Boiler fuels include: Tallow sludge, land Fill gas, Natural gas, Ester Water, Fatty alcohol residue/skimmings, #2 and #4 fuel oils and pulverized coal.
Operator will rotate between 2 control rooms on the Dupont schedule, forward rotation, 12 hour shifts.
