Classifications of ASOPE License

ASOPE provides the following levels of Operating Engineer certifications:

Powerplant Operating Engineer: 3^rd, 2^nd, 1^st Class & Chief Engineer
Facilities Operating Engineer: 3^rd, 2^nd, 1^st Class
Combined Cycle Combustion Turbine Plant Operating Engineer: 3^rd, 2^nd, 1^st Class, Chief Engineer
Simple Cycle Combustion Turbine Plant Operating Engineer”: 3^rd, 2^nd, 1^st Class
Refrigeration Plant Operating Technician and Operating Engineer
HVAC Chiller Plant Operating Engineer, 3rd, 2nd 1st Class
Hydroelectric Plant Operating Technician & Chief Engineer
Diesel Plant Operating Engineer: 3^rd, 2^nd, 1^st Class
Traction Engineer, Locomotive Engineer, Locomotive Fireman
